The AIM of this course is to promote best practice in the handling of complaints, from first contact with the school through to the formal complaints panel hearing

Content:

  • The law applicable to complaints
  • What a complaint is and who can complain
  • The Diocesan Complaints Procedure
  • The role of the Chair and the Clerk to the panel
  • A mock complaints panel hearing
