AIM: The AIM of the course is to facilitate diocesan moderation and lead appropriate discussion and sharing of best practice.

CONTENT:

• Provide opportunities for collaborative analysis of specific pieces of work with a view to identifying key areas of strength.
• Support delegates in gap analysis of pieces of work to provide ‘next steps/developmental’ targets.
