Course Aim: The aim of this course is to provide welcome, support and information to new RECs.

Course Content:

Opportunity to meet the Primary Advisory Team and learn about the support available
Exploration and importance of the role in school
Develop understanding of expectations and monitoring of subject areas
Overview of responsibilities for RE, P&L and CLM

Target Audience: New RECs.
