Course Aim: The aim of this course is to provide welcome, support and information to new RECs.
Course Content:
  • Opportunity to meet the Primary Advisory Team and learn about the support available
  • Exploration and importance of the role in school
  • Develop understanding of expectations and monitoring of subject areas
  • Overview of responsibilities for RE, P&L and CLM
